What Residents Ask Most Often

Does the Standard host resident events?

Yes, grab and go breakfast, vision board event, social hours at onsite bars and restaurants, Happy hour, bingo night

What is your property's smoking policy?

Non-smoking community. Smoking is not allowing in apartments or on balconies. Designated areas only at Domain Northside

Is there guest parking at The Standard?

Overnight guests are permitted to park in the residential parking area of garage. No charges at this time

What is your guest policy?

Follows TAA lease: Cannot stay more than 2 days in one week without our prior written consent and no more than 4 days in any one month

What is the maximum number of occupants per apartment?

2 Adults per bedroom

What is your roommate policy?

All occupants over the age of 18 must be fully screened and added as a leaseholder.

Does your community offer EV charging stations?

Yes, there are several EV charging stations located in the retail area of each parking garage and charges are based on usage. Reserved EV charging stations are in the restricted parking areas of garages $150/month. Do not have exact count currently

Does your community allow pets?

Yes, Pet Screening required. Restricted breeds list (no aggressive breeds) $300 Pet Fee per pet, $20 monthly pet rent per pet

Does The Standard have controlled access?

Yes, fobs are required to enter all buildings. Gate codes are required to access outdoor amenities such as pools and pet parks. Garage Tags are required to access the residents only restricted parking areas.

Can amenity spaces be rented out?

Not at this time

What are the parking options?

Garage parking is available and is included in rent. Reserved Parking – $50/month, Reserved EV Parking – $150/month

Do the apartments come with ceiling fans?

Yes, ceiling fans are installed in all living rooms and bedrooms.

What appliances are included within the apartment?

Refrigerator/Freezer, Stove/Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher. Washer and Dryer are included in most units and should be advertised that they are included in all units.

Dos Th Standard have in-home washer & dryer?

Yes, all units have W/D connections and most units have W/D included in the rent. For units that do not have W/D now, those will be added during the make ready process. No common area laundry facilities onsite.

When is rent due and when is it considered late? What is the late fee?

Rent is due by the 5th, 10% late fee is applied on the 6th

What is included in rent?

Rent includes garage parking, washer and dryer.
Additional charges: Amenity fee $15 /month, Fetch package service $15 /month, Pest Control – $3 /month, Utility Admin Fee – $4.25/month, Allocated Water, Sewer, Gas, Trash charges vary monthly

Are there monthly amenity fees or technology fees?

$15 monthly amenity fee

What is the application fee?

$80 per person

What lease terms do you offer?

3-15 months

Do you offer short term leases?

3 months for original lease and MTM is available at end of contract

What utility companies do you use?

All utilities are billed through Conservice for water, sewer, gas, and trash. Electricity should be set up by residents through City of Austin Utilities

What cable/internet companies are available to use?

AT&T and Spectrum
